• There are 4 cosy bedrooms 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the second floor.
• All rooms offer a variety of amenities, including a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi and attached bathrooms.
• All bedrooms overlook gorgeous views of the mountains.

BATHROOMS

• There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room.
• All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS

• There is a living room on the ground floor, with floor to ceiling windows, allowing ample light. It is complete with comfortable sofas and chairs that can seat up to 12 people.
• It is equipped with a wired music system, AC, Wi-Fi and a TV. 
• The dining area is a part of the living room, and can comfortably seat up to 6 people.
• There is a common space on the first floor, with a couch that can seat up to 5 people and a home theatre system.
• The basement of the villa houses a spacious games room. It is equipped with table tennis and comfortable furnishings.
• Next to it is a small lounge room with a sofa-cum-bed. 
• The living room leads out to the exteriors of the home, which boast the sprawling 6000 sq. ft. lawn, with an outdoor umbrella, benches and swings.

• Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.

• All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
• Consumption and reheating of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

POLICIES

• The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
• The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
• Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
• All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
• All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
• Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
• Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
• A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
• This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
