Oasis villa offers a comfortable furnishing and a spacious setup making this place an ideal home away from home with a 5 star hospitality experience.

BEDROOMS

• 5 bedrooms with 1 kids rooms – 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor.
• AC & attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms
• All rooms have king-sized beds, wardrobes and bedside tables.
• The 2 rooms on the second floor share a balcony with serene views.

BATHROOMS

• There are 4 bathrooms – 4 attached
• There’s one washroom that’s shared between two bedrooms
• All bathrooms have geysers.

POOL

• It can easily accommodate upto 10 people.
• No drinking inside the pool.
• The pool is not accessible after 10 PM.

KITCHEN

• Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food.
• However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs.2800 per day will be levied.
• The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, water purifier, refrigerator, microwave and mixer-grinder.
• Crockery and cutlery are available

FOOD

• All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
• All meals are priced at Rs.1400 for vegetarian.
• All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
• Guests may also eat at nearby restaurants or order it from online food delivery options – Swiggy/ Zomato

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

• The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message.
  

• A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay

ACTIVITIES

• Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play in the garden.
• Guests can take a peaceful walk on the lake and embrace its beauty.

HOME TRUTH

• While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
• There are  CCTV cameras that capture the common areas.
• In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 6 hours.
• Mobile networks such as Jio/Vi work fairly well here.

• An escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, Lonavala is one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your stay at (property’s name), here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
• Head over to Bushy dam to have a relaxing time.
• Experience the thrill of the theme park in Imagica.
• Wet n Joy water park located only 5 minutes away for a fun day out.
• Govinda Go-Karting track is only 5 minutes from the home
• Have some pictures clicked at celebrity wax museum.
• Enjoy a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point.
• Lohagad Fort (9km) and Visapur Fort (5km) are great trekking destinations, especially during the monsoons.

POLICIES

• The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
• The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
• Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
• All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
• All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
• Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
• Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
• A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
• This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
